A taste for culinary delights, a sense of craft, a love of good products, the motivation to learn and the enjoyment of a shared experience: Cook an exclusive eight-course menu in a private group with our head chef of our Michelin-starred restaurant Da Vittorio – St. Moritz.
After the meal has been prepared, you will enjoy a champagne aperitif followed by a menu tasting. Our head sommelier will select an appropriate wine for each course.
Enrico and Roberto Cerea are world-renowned for their high-class yet hearty, extremely Italian gourmet cuisine. The outstanding performance in the kitchen by the two Italian chefs also impressed Guide Michelin testers who awarded the restaurant a Michelin star after the very first winter season.
The main establishment of the Cerea brothers is their enchanting Relais & Châteaux-Hotel Da Vittorio in Brusaporto just outside Bergamo. The restaurant was established in 1966 and received its first Michelin star as early as 1970. The restaurant in Brusaporto, which today numbers among the world's most exclusive gourmet restaurants, received the coveted three Michelin stars in 2010. Since May 2019, gourmets in Shanghai and Macao have been able to enjoy the expansion of the Italian culinary institution, too.
This experience is exclusive and can only be booked with advance registration. Price includes: aperitif, eight-course meal, mineral water, accompanying wines and coffee.
