We are looking forward to welcoming the 33 year old Dutch creative Chef at the Carlton Hotel. Nick Bril is Head Chef and Co-founder of the trend restaurant “The Jane” in Antwerp. The gourmet restaurant is located in the chapel of the former military hospital. Only a short time after the opening in 2014 “The Jane” was awarded for the first Michelin star - a few months later already for the second.
