Cancellation Policy

Your reservation may be cancelled free of charge before 14 days (low season) or 30 days (high season) prior arrival. Cancellations made between 13 to 7 days (low season) or 29 to 15 days (high season) prior to your arrival will incur charges of 50% of the booked package price. Exceptions apply over Christmas and New Year’s, where you can cancel the reservation free of charge before 90 days prior arrival. Cancellations made thereafter, no-shows or late arrivals / early departures will incur charges of 100% of the booked package price. We will of course do our utmost to re-sell the room so that no charges incur for you. However, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the package, should we be unable to re-let your room to another guest. The travel cancellation insurance policy on offer from Allianz provides a cost-effective cancellation insurance that we highly recommend.

Arrival & Departure

Your suite will be available from 3 pm on your day of arrival and until 12 noon on your day of departure. If you would like to check in before 3 pm, we recommend to reserve the room already the night before. The full room rate will then be invoiced; similarly, if you choose to vacate the room after 3 pm on your day of departure. All reservations are to be confirmed in writing and guaranteed by credit card.

Packages

The Hotel reserves the right to set aside a certain number of suites for packages. Suites may therefore no longer be available for the package of your choice. Unclaimed services cannot be reimbursed. The Hotel accepts no liability for outside services provided by third parties.

Rates

Rates are including daily Swiss breakfast buffet, daily CHF 100 food & beverage credit per guest (for up to 2 guests per bedroom)*, butler service, access to 1’200 sqm Carlton Spa, minibar, Wifi, shuttle to Corviglia ski station, 24 hours limousine service in St. Moritz, service and VAT. City tax of CHF 5 per guest (12+ years) and night is compulsory and will be charged separately.

*Food & beverage credit to be redeemed in all outlets. Credit cannot be transferred, paid out and will expire on a daily base.

Public Holidays

The applicable minimum stay is 3 nights over Christmas,9 nights over New Year’s and 7 nights over Russian Christmas. Over St. Moritz Snow Polo and the White Turf weekends, 3 nights minimum stay apply. The hotel reserves the right to decide for further minimum stays during the season.

Parking

Outside parking spaces in front the hotel are available to our guests on a complimentary basis. Reserved garage spaces are available at CHF 35 per day.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the suites, as well as in the lobby, bar and Da Vittorio – St. Moritz. CHF 60 per dog and night (excl. food) applies.

Dress Code

We want you to feel at your ease. Your smart-casual appearance will help to maintain the ambience that is so distinctive of our Hotel and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.

Reservation Guarantee

Once confirmed by the hotel, all reservations must be reconfirmed and signed by the guest. Each reservation must also be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

To save you unnecessary costs, we offer travel cancellation insurance with Allianz and are happy to send you an information pack. Please note however that the insurance is only valid if it is signed within 8 days of your definitive reservation confirmation.
